GEMS is a measuring instrument to locate buried objects like metals, boxes, pipes, tanks but also cavities, grave chambers and water until a penetration depth of 8 meters. All measured values can be stored in the internal memory of the device and later transferred to a PC for analysis in a 3D software program. Up to 65.500 measured values can be stored inside the device. Direct data transfer to a PC is also possible. Because of the easy handling and simple utilisation the device could be of special interest for beginners.
Its small and mobile form makes the GEMS usable in different areas and also easy to handle in terrains with difficult access. With the retaining clip on the back side of the device the GEMS is also portable on a girdle.
